 ​NOTICE - Permit Issued (effective October 1, 2022) ​​​

The Department has issued the​ final renewal permit for the General Permit for the Discharge of Exterior Vehicle Washwater to Groundwater from Commercial and Business-Related Vehicle Washing Opera​​​​tions , effective October 1, 2022.  The Department held a public hearing on August 17, 2022 and offered the opportun​ity to submit comments until August 24, 2022.  After receiving no comments regarding the tentative determination, the permit was made final.
