Watershed Implementation Plans (WIPs)

What are WIPs?

Watershed Implementation Plans (WIPs) document the steps, measures, and practices Maryland and its local jurisdictions will take and implement to achieve and maintain the final Chesapeake Bay TMDL by the year 2025.

Maryland's WIPs are in three distinct phases: Phase I (2010); Phase II (Update of Phase I adopted in 2012); Phase III (Address the pollution reductions needed from 2018 to 2025).
