eMDE
eMDE is the Maryland Department of the Environment's (MDE) online newsletter. It covers timely articles on current environmental issues, events and programs in the state. Beginning in September, 2007, the newsletter will be released on a bi-monthly rather than on a monthly basis. eMDE's two regular features on monthly permitting activity and enforcement and compliance will not appear on the quarterly issues but will be linked from this page, as follows:

The Maryland Department of the Environment's monthly publication has a new name and format. eMDE with the same valuable information as MDEnvironment, is now in an electronic format to reduce production costs and provide quick turnaround of expanded content. Our goal is to reach our readership with free updated program and division information in a timely manner.
